Age Verification (21+)

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this site or to purchase any product from geek-bar.org. This is a US federal requirement (Tobacco 21 law) and a non-negotiable condition of use.

At checkout, we use a third-party age verification service to confirm your age and identity against ID databases or document verification. Orders that fail age verification will be cancelled and refunded.

By placing an order you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years old at the time of purchase
• You are purchasing for personal adult use, not for resale to or use by anyone under 21
• The shipping address is the address of an adult 21+ and that the recipient at delivery will be 21+
• Your jurisdiction permits the legal purchase, possession and use of nicotine vape products

Acceptable Use

• Resell, redistribute or re-market Geek Bar products purchased through this site without an authorised wholesale relationship (see wholesale page)
• Submit false defective-device claims or fraudulent return requests

Purchase Terms

• Pricing — all prices on the site are in US dollars. Prices may change without notice. Once an order is placed, the price at the time of order is locked in regardless of subsequent changes.
• Stock availability — we make a reasonable effort to keep stock indicators accurate. In rare cases of inventory discrepancy, we may need to refund or partially refund an order if the item is unavailable.
• Payment — we accept major credit and debit cards through a verified payment processor. Your card is charged at order placement.
• Shipping — see the shipping policy for delivery times, carrier behaviour and state restrictions.
• Returns and refunds — see the refund and returns policy.
• Sales tax — calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state law.

User Account & Membership

If you register an account or purchase the Geek Bar Vape Membership, the following terms apply:

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and to update it if it changes.
• Membership benefits (5% off, 10× $10 coupons, Diamond Member zone access, refer-and-earn) are tied to the membership term (one year from purchase date) and to your active account login.
• Membership purchases are non-refundable once paid. To lapse the membership at renewal, do not renew — the account itself remains free.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used to circumvent age verification, or are flagged for fraudulent activity.

Limitation of Liability

The Geek Bar products sold on this site are consumer nicotine vapes. Nicotine — at any concentration — has documented health effects, including the potential for dependence. We do not position these products as medical products or as tools for managing nicotine use. We do not make health claims about Geek Bar products beyond what is on the manufacturer's packaging.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, geek-bar.org and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use or misuse of any product sold on the site. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

Disputes & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved through:

1. Good-faith negotiation — contact customer support first and we will attempt to resolve the dispute directly. Most issues are resolved at this stage.
2. Mediation — if direct negotiation fails, both parties agree to good-faith mediation before pursuing litigation.
3. Jurisdiction — for disputes not resolved through negotiation or mediation, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the state and federal courts located in California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our business or applicable law changes. Material changes will be posted on this page with the updated date at the top. Continued use of the site after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to an updated term, your remedy is to stop using the site.
