Standard US shipping from our California warehouse — 2 to 5 business days, free over $80, same-day processing on orders before noon PT Monday through Thursday. Full breakdown of shipping options, state availability and what to do when a package goes missing.

All shipments use a US-based carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on the route, weight and destination state). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Where We Ship
We ship to most US states with the standard 2-5 day delivery window. Several states have current vape-product restrictions that affect shipping:
- Texas — partial flavor restrictions on Geek Bar SKUs.
- California — flavor restrictions and product registry rules.
- Utah, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York — flavor or sales restrictions, varies by state implementation.
- All other US states — standard shipping, all current SKUs eligible.

Order Tracking
Once the warehouse generates a shipping label, you receive a tracking number by email. The tracking number works on the carrier's website — typically USPS Tools, UPS Tracking, or FedEx Tracking depending on which carrier ran the route. You can also see tracking from inside your account page if you bought while logged in.
Order processing time (from order placement to label generation) is typically same-day on orders placed before noon PT Monday through Thursday. After that cutoff, processing moves to the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders process the following Monday morning.
Lost or Delayed Packages
The carrier — not our warehouse — handles the physical movement of your package once shipped. Most lost-package issues are actually carrier-side delays. The protocol:
- Day 0-3 after ship date — normal processing window. Tracking may not update for the first 24 hours and that is expected.
- Day 4-5 with no tracking movement — the carrier may be processing slowly. Contact us if you would like us to push a status check, but no action is needed yet.
- Day 6+ with no movement — file a lost-package claim with customer support. We open a case with the carrier and either reship the order or refund the purchase, depending on resolution.
- Delivered but missing — if the carrier marked the package delivered but you did not receive it, check with neighbours and your building manager first (the most common cause). If still missing after 48 hours, contact customer support to file a claim.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship to addresses outside the United States. This includes Canada, Mexico, the UK, EU member states and all other countries. Geek Bar products are available in many international markets through other authorised retailers — buyer-side research is the path to find one in your country.
