Shipping & Delivery

How long does Geek Bar shipping take?
Standard US shipping is 2 to 5 business days from our California warehouse. Same-day processing on orders placed before noon PT, Monday through Thursday. Free shipping on orders over $80.
Does Geek Bar ship to my state?
We ship to most US states. Exceptions are states with active vape-product flavor bans or registry restrictions — see the Geek Bar Vape Ban Guide for current state implementations. Contact customer support if your state's status is unclear.
How do I track my order?
You receive a tracking number by email when the warehouse generates the shipping label. The tracking number can be entered on the carrier's site (USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on the route) for real-time package status.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package shows no tracking movement for more than 5 business days after the warehouse marked it shipped, contact customer support. We file claims with the carrier and either reship or refund depending on the resolution.
Do you ship internationally?
No — geek-bar.org ships to US addresses only. We do not currently ship to Canada, Mexico, the UK, the EU or any other country.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a Geek Bar?
Unopened devices can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened devices and e-liquid are not eligible for return per health and safety regulations. Defective devices are handled separately through the warranty claim process.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned device, refund processing is 3 to 5 business days back to the original payment method. Card refunds typically post in 5 to 10 days depending on your bank.
What if my Geek Bar arrived defective?
Start a defective-device claim through the contact page. Include the order number and a short description of the issue. Most defective claims are handled within 24 hours during US business days. Can I cancel my order?
Yes — before the tracking number is generated. Once a label is printed and the package is in the carrier's hands, cancellation is no longer possible and you would need to refuse delivery or return the package after receipt.

What's the difference between Pulse 15K and Pulse X 25K?
Pulse 15K runs 15,000 puffs (7,500 in Pulse Mode) on a 16 mL sealed chassis with 59 flavors and is the only Pulse with a Zero Nicotine version. Pulse X 25K runs 25,000 puffs (12,500 in Pulse Mode) with 46+ flavors, a 3D curved screen and an 820 mAh battery. Same dual mesh coil family, different capacity tier.
Is the Mate 60K Kit refillable?
The Mate 60K Kit is modular — you swap pods, not e-liquid. The pod itself is sealed at the factory and not user-refillable. When the pod runs out, buy a fresh Mate 60K Pod and snap it onto the existing battery device.
How many flavors does Geek Bar make?
Across the current lineup, roughly 100+ flavors when counting overlapping cross-device flavors. The Pulse 15K carries the largest single-device library at 59 flavors across 8 editions. The Geek Bar Flavors hub is the cross-device flavor map.
Why is my favorite flavor out of stock?
Inventory is updated daily from the manufacturer supply chain. Some flavors run out faster than others depending on demand. The flavor selector on each product page reflects current live stock — if greyed out, the flavor will return on the next restock window.
What's CLR in Geek Bar CLR?
CLR stands for Constant Liquid Regulation — Geek Bar's name for the e-liquid feed system on the CLR 50K. The tank is transparent and the regulation system keeps coil saturation steady through the device's lifespan.

What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our verified payment processor. We do not currently accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cryptocurrency or cash on delivery.
Do I need an account to buy?
Guest checkout is supported for standard purchases. A free Geek Bar account is required for membership purchases, order history access, and the Diamond Member zone. Register at the my-account page.
How does the Geek Bar membership work?
