These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of geek-bar.org ("the Store," "the Site") and the purchase of products from Geek Bar. By accessing or placing an order on geek-bar.org, customers agree to be bound by these Terms. If any part of these Terms is not acceptable, the Site should not be used.

1. Age Requirement

geek-bar.org sells nicotine-containing products intended for adults only. By using the Site or placing an order, the customer confirms:

• Being at least 21 years of age or the legal age to purchase nicotine products in the customer's jurisdiction, whichever is higher
• Agreeing to age verification at checkout. Orders that cannot be age-verified will be held or cancelled

2. Products & Availability

• Geek Bar reserves the right to limit quantities per order, per household, or per customer account
• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed

3. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order on geek-bar.org constitutes an offer to purchase. Geek Bar reserves the right to accept or decline any order
• Payment is collected at the time of checkout. Accepted methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal
• All payment information is processed securely by third-party payment providers. Geek Bar does not store full credit card numbers. See the Privacy Policy for details
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Orders with incorrect information may be delayed or cancelled
• Geek Bar may cancel orders suspected of fraud, resale activity, or violation of these Terms

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship from the Rialto, CA warehouse. Processing and delivery details are covered in the Shipping Policy. Key points:

• Most orders ship within 24 hours on business days
• geek-bar.org ships within the United States only
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Geek Bar is not liable for carrier delays caused by weather, high volume, or other circumstances beyond its control
• Risk of loss and title for products transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Geek Bar offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee and a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Full details, eligibility conditions, and the return process are outlined in the Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Account Responsibility

• Customers who create an account on geek-bar.org are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
• All activities under an account are the responsibility of the account holder
• Geek Bar should be notified immediately at [email protected] if unauthorized access is suspected
• Geek Bar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity

7. Intellectual Property

All content on geek-bar.org — including text, images, graphics, logos, product photography, page layouts, and code — is the property of Geek Bar or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright and trademark laws.

• No content from geek-bar.org may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission
• "Geek Bar," "Geek Bar Pulse," "Geek Bar Pulse X," "Geek Bar CLR," and "Geek Bar Clio" are trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited
• Product reviews and user-submitted photos remain the property of their authors, but by submitting content to geek-bar.org, customers grant Geek Bar a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Site and in marketing materials

8. User Conduct

When using geek-bar.org, customers agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, or federal law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or connected systems
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature

Geek Bar reserves the right to terminate access and cancel orders for any customer who violates these terms.

Geek Bar does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Customers access third-party sites at their own risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

geek-bar.org and its products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Geek Bar disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of content on the Site

Geek Bar does not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site are free from typographical errors. If an error is discovered, Geek Bar reserves the right to correct it and, if necessary, cancel affected orders with a full refund.
